Integrity Intensive for Political Leaders
The Integrity Intensive Workshop™ is a multi-day workshop for:
- aspiring politicians
- elected officials
- public servants
- public affairs professionals
We teach aspirants for public office and elected officials how to truthfully define their personal beliefs, how to achieve public goals acting with integrity and how to attract voter respect for doing so.
Participants draft a personal ethical blueprint and create a path to political success with the confidence that they can act upon their deepest beliefs, with integrity, and advance their political careers by doing so.
We believe that each person is capable of bringing a unique vision to the process of politics. Accordingly, we focus on relearning your political and moral identity, then creating the personal vocabulary for communicating it to the world.
At the Integrity Intensive Workshop™, integrity is held as a commitment to daily living in accordance with carefully defined and deeply held personal beliefs, not just "doing the right thing" when people are watching or when credit is expected for it.
The Integrity Intensive Workshop™ consists of two full days, including the intervening evening, a total of twenty hours of training. The format is informal and there is no lecturing. Exercises designed specifically for the Integrity Intensive Workshop™, are conducted individually or in small group interaction.

The Integrity Intensive Workshop Introduction™ is a three and a half hour survey of the exercises conducted at the full two day Integrity Intensive Workshop™.
The Integrity Intensive Workshop Introduction™ is a complete experience in itself, focusing on the fundamentals of your personal ethical blueprint. It is offered for $149 which is applied as credit toward the full Integrity Intensive Workshop™ if taken within six months.
